The 2012 Southern Forest Insect Work Conference and 2012 Southwide Forest Disease Workshop will be held jointly on July 24-27, 2012 (Tuesday - Friday) in Charlottesville, Virginia.

SFIWC and SWFDW strongly urge you to register online in advance by July 13, 2012.  Register using this Eventbrite online form even if you are delaying payment.  You have three payment options:

- online credit card payment prior to meeting (click "Register")

- mail a check prior to meeting (click "Show other payment options" and then "Pay Offline" for details)

- pay at the door via check or cash (click "Show other payment options" and then "Pay Offline" for details)

IMPORTANT:  Click the "Register" button on the registration form ONLY if you are paying in advance via credit card.  Otherwise, click the "Show other payment options" and then "Pay Offline" buttons.

You may register online by July 13, 2012 and delay payment of registration until you arrive at the meeting, but only cash and checks will be accepted at the door!  CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE ONLY VIA ADVANCE REGISTRATION ONLINE!

IMPORTANT:  One Banquet Ticket (for yourself) is included in your registration fee.  Extra Banquet Tickets for guests can be purchased using the online registration form.  If you do not want to pay for your extra Banquet Ticket(s) using a credit card, please select the number of tickets you want and then choose your preferred method of payment.  If you are paying for your extra Banquet Ticket(s) separately from your registration fee, please fill out separate online forms for your registration fee and ticket(s).
